Our delivery time is currently 1-3 business days if the products are in stock. All orders are manually and carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands.

*Refurbished products are delivered separately and within 4-6 working days.

Orders above €100 are shipped for free, shipping costs for orders below €100 are €6.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium.

All orders are provided with a track and trace code.

We currently ship from the Netherlands.

*Delivery time does not include delays caused by processing issues or customs checks.

Please check that all shipping information you have entered is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information about the shipping address, we will be forced to contact you and we will not be able to provide you with the fastest service you deserve.

Incorrect shipping information can lead to missing packages.

Failed delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the indicated delivery address or if the customer refuses to collect the package due to reasons attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (incorrect or incorrect delivery address, missing recipient), the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. So double-check the address.


Items not received, but tracking shows items were delivered.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are shown as delivered on the tracking. For this reason, we always recommend that you have your shipments delivered to a secure address.
