Buying returned products
As a company we are environmentally conscious and we also want to make returned products that show signs of use available.
That is why we have recently started working with Retourkoop.nl.
They receive our 2nd chance products, repair them if necessary and ensure that they are available for those who want to help us give products a second life.
NB:
- The range of our lamps on retourkoop.nl is limited, not all of our models are available for sale as a return product.
- If you decide to place an order with Retourkoop, the entire sales, warranty and after-sales service will be taken over by Retourkoop itself and you can contact them for questions or problems.
