Our delivery time is currently 1-3 business days if the products are in stock. All orders are manually and carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands. Refurbished products are delivered separately and within 4-6 business days.

Orders above €100,- are shipped for free, the shipping costs for orders below €100 are €6.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders to the rest of Europe have varying shipping costs. For this, see the shipping amount that will be given during the ordering process.

All orders are provided with a track and trace code.

+ Returns

If an item, for whatever reason, does not meet expectations and is in good condition, it can always be returned to our address in the Netherlands within 14 days.

Was your shipment delivered damaged? Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Make sure that the product, packaging and accessories remain undamaged/intact during unpacking.

As a customer, you have 14 days to register a return. After that, you have another 14 days to actually return it. After that, we as a webshop have a maximum of 14 days to refund the amount.

If you use the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are for the consumer's account.

Custom-made products are excluded from returns because they are made especially for the customer, we then mention this on the product page (such as with the Vienciello Chair).

Request a return:

1) Always send us an email with the return notification first, without notification this will disrupt the return process.

2) We will send you a link to our returns portal so you can download the label

3) Please check whether your order meets the specified conditions

4) Pack the items as safely as possible, in the original packaging and enclose the returns form.

5) Drop off the package at the post office and make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the delivery and we like to prevent lost shipments.

Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the money is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Returns will be processed and/or assessed as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.

The item that is returned must be provided with original labels and returned in original packaging. Suitta does not accept any liability for the shipment of returned items. Therefore, pack it carefully (original packaging) and postage sufficiently, preferably registered and provided with a tracking code.

In short: if you return your order to us within 14 days of receipt with a tracking code, including all accessories and in its original condition (without damage or missing parts), you will receive a full refund.
