Complaints procedure

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@suitta.nl. If this does not lead to a solution and you are in the right after consultation, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

If you file the complaint with another party, the process of your complaint with Suitta will be stopped until the other party makes a decision. Please take this into account.
